(12 )先进制备加工技术 液态金属冷却法制备大尺寸定向燃机叶片 凝固过程的实验与模拟 卢玉章 ,申健,张健 ,楼琅洪 (中国科学院金属研究所,沈阳 110016 ) 摘要 利用高温度梯度定向凝固技术-液态金属冷却(LMC )技术制备了大尺寸燃机叶片,采用 ProCAST 有限元模拟软件计算了LMC 定向凝固工艺下,不同抽拉速度下大尺寸定向叶片的晶粒组织,预测了拉速对 疏松以及杂晶等缺陷的影响。结果表明:模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好;拉速较高时,凝固界面凹陷,晶 粒垂直于凝固界面收敛生长,部分晶粒取向偏离001方向角度很大,在缘板部位观察到疏松,叶身靠近 缘板部位由于凝固界面曲率增大,出现杂晶等缺陷 ;拉速较低时,凝固界面平直,晶粒取向偏离001方 向角度很小,缘板处疏松面积明显减小、位置移向缘板外沿,在叶身靠近缘板处没有出现杂晶。利用该模 型优化LMC 工艺参数后制得了质量较高的大尺寸燃机叶片。 关键词 液态金属冷却,定向凝固,大尺寸燃机叶片,数值模拟 Simulation and experiment of large columnar grain blades processed by the assist of liquid metal cooling LU Yuzhang, ZHANG Jian, LOU Langhong (Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenyang 110016) ABSTRACT Directionally solidified industrial gas turbine blades were prepared by high gradient liquid metal cooling (LMC) process. The grain structures at various withdrawal rates during LMC process have been calculated with ProCAST software. The microstructure simulation results of the directionally solidified industrial gas turbine blade agreed with the experimental results. The correlation between the shape of the S/L interface and the resulting grain structure has been clearly demonstrated. When the withdrawal rate was high, porosities were observed at the platform. Spurious grains formed at the bottom of the air foil section due to the concave S/L interface. When the withdrawal rate was low, S/L interface was relatively flat. A fairly well-defined 001 texture developed. The area of porosities at platform apparently decreased and the location of defect moved outward to the edge of the platform.
