膀胱前壁憩室并结石憩室炎影像检查比较 　　【摘要】目的：探讨不同影像学检查方法在诊断膀胱前壁憩室并结石、憩室炎中的作用及表现特点。方法：对1例膀胱前壁憩室患者行X线平片、B超、CT检查，分析其在影像学检查的表现、术中所见、术后病理组织学改变。结果：突向膀胱腔外的囊状膀胱憩室容易诊断，发生于膀胱前壁突向腔内的憩室并结石、憩室炎，术前较难作出正确诊断。结论：膀胱前壁腔内憩室并结石、憩室炎少见，回顾分析、综合应用影像学检查有助于提高对本病的认识。 　　【关键词】膀胱前壁腔内憩室；结石；憩室炎；X线平片；超声；CT 　　 　　The Imaging Comparison of Anterior Wall of the Bladder Diverticulum with Stone and Diverticulitis/CHEN Huai-de，LI Chun-yu，AN Chong-ning，et al.// Medical Innocation of China，2013，10（20）：095-096 　　【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the different imaging methods in the diagnosis of anterior wall of urinary bladder diverticulum and stone， the role and characteristics of diverticulitis.Method：One case of anterior wall of urinary bladder diverticula patient， examined by X-ray， B ultrasound， CT examination， retrospective analysis of imaging findings， intraoperative findings， postoperative pathological changes.
