毕业设计（论文） 吉林省委党校办公楼结构、施工设计 The Structure and Construction design of Jilin Provincial Party School Building 长 春 工 程 学 院 摘 要 本次毕业设计是设计吉林省委党校办公楼，主体七层，框架结构，整个设计分两部分，建筑设计部分，结构设计部分和施工部分。 结构设计部分根据建筑设计方案，进行楼盖、楼梯、框架结构和基础结构计算。框架计算采用手算一榀框架，考虑多层结构抗震要求，作了抗震验算，在结构上，作了结构的抗震结构设计，这样，可以有效达到“大震不倒，中震可修，小震不坏”的目的。 施工部分主要做了三项工作：完成清单工程量计算，编制建筑工程量投标报价书，完成施工组织设计。 施工中选用适当的施工工艺；施工组织中合理安排进度计划和现场平面布置。 关 键 词 框架结构；抗震结构设计；施工组织；工程量计算。 Abstract： The graduation project is to design Jilin Provincial Party School Building the main seven-story, frame structure, the entire two-part design, part of structural design and construction of some parts.
