山东理工大学硕 1:学位论文 AbstractAbstractNowadays ，the human society has entered into high risk time; how to guard against， dodge alíd deal with social risks effectively becomes an important topic which related to one countrys social stability and even the development of human beings destiny .In theworld prospect of researches on social governance ，many domestic and foreign scholarshave made positive explorations from different visual angles and standpoints ，have obtained abundant and various research results，however espective deficiency obviouslyexists in their researches. Logic of my thesis is Iike this :on the basis of former research achievements ，the paper firstly defines the concepts of risk and social risk; then it carries on the analysis from three levels: early warning ，decision-making and aftermath dealingaccording to risks natural logic sequences which contains three stages: evolvemer扰， development and eruption; after that，it explores ways of social risks sustainable governance unifying its microscopic governance and macroscopic construction; Finally ，itbased on Chinese basic national conditions and needs of building socialistic harmonious society ，it absorb the research results of the social risk theory，combined with the present situation of social risks in China，comprehensive analysis to construct a socialist harmonious society in the historical course of social risk management ，the basic principles and path ，1 put forward some Suggestions and countermeasures.This paper is divided into three sections: introduction ，main body and conclusions. Among them ，the main body includes five chapters. The introduction part indicates that the cu盯ent researches on social risks are not only practical need to solve realisticproblems ，but also theoretical awareness of historical materialism s present development.It introduces the domestic and foreign scholars research achievements and deficiencies on this topic，and then it expounds this articles research aim
