摘要摘要我国正处于城市化的快速进程中，物质更加丰富、闲暇时间更加充裕；但同时 城市中生活的人群也面临着工作压力巨大、精神过分紧张、游憩需求得不到最大满 足的诸多问题。遵循“以人为本”的原则，研究游憩行为与游憩空间之间的关系或 存在的矛盾，有的放矢的进行整合，达到研究的目的即：促进居民健康、积极的生‘活方式，构建健康、和谐社会。通过对城市户外游憩系统的分析，针对城市游憩系统中存在的诸多矛盾，论文 从游憩者行为研究的角度出发，采取问卷调查、现场调研的方法，锁定城市中特定 阶层——白领阶层作为研究对象，总结归纳出一系列的游憩者在城市中小尺度的户 外游憩行为特征，并落实到空间整合的实践过程中。论文研究首先从理论上对城市户外游憩空间体系的理想模式进行探讨，即行为 和空间的高度耦合，继而分析影响其耦合的因素，并作为接下来实证调查和分析的 参考依据。通过问卷调查分析和实地调研，归纳出游憩动机、消费水平、交通方式、 游憩地吸引力将从游憩者、游憩成本、游憩目的地三个方面对城市户外游憩效用产 生最大影响，并总结出城市户外游憩系统存在的五个矛盾。最后探讨了城市户外游 憩空间系统的整合方法和策略，指出与城市发展相协调的整合过程，必然包含三个 方面的内容：游憩与城市及城市中其他空间之间的整合，游憩与通行方式之间的整 合，游憩活动本身的整合。通过多层次、多方位的整合，构建理想化的城市户外游憩空间系统模型，提供 健康游憩和生活方式的物质空间支持，满足人们的游憩需求。关键词：白领阶层城市户外游憩系统游憩需求游憩行为游憩空间整合英文摘要ABSTRACTOur country is being fast urbanized．So the substance is much richer,and the leisure time of our people is more abundant；On the other hand，however，the crowds who live in the city also face some problems such like great working pressures，excessively anxious spirits，and the problems without the satisfaction in the recreation demand．So，following the principle of”humanism”，this paper studies both the relations and the conflicts between the recreation demand and the recreation behavior．Also，conforming to a certain goal，we achieve oar research objectives，namely,promoting a healthy,positive life style and forming a fine and harmonious society．With the analysis to the city outdoor resting systems，this paper embarks from the angel of the travelers’behavior focusing on the conflicts existing in the city recreationsystem throu曲the questionnaire survey method，and the scene investigation and study method．More specifically,with restriction to a specific social stratum in the city--white collar workers as the research objects，we summarize a series of behavior characters of the outdoor recreation．Moreover，we also carry out to in the practical process with the spatial conformity．To be specific,the paper first discusses theoretically on the ideal pattern of the city outdoors recreat ion three—dimensional system，that is，the high
