摘要随着现代奥林匹克运动的蓬勃发展，轨道交通已经成为保证奥运赛事顺利进行 的重要交通方式。然而由于奥运轨道交通系统的建设投资量大、工程周期长、涉及 面广泛，因此受到多方面因素的影响。本文的研究正是寻找并研究对奥运轨道交通 系统规划产生重要影响的因素，并借助于我国成功举办的北京奥运会以及作者在伦 敦学习期间的研究，在深入调查和分析的基础上，以伦敦奥运会和北京奥运会为例 研究奥运轨道交通规划的影响因子。目前国内外相关研究较少，本论文研究内容具有一定的前瞻性和创新性。论文 从多学科的角度和创新的思维，分析研究奥运轨道交通系统及其规划，以期望对类 似城市活动的相关规划提供理论参考，因此具有比较重要的现实意义。本论文首先分析了奥运轨道交通系统对奥运会成功举办的作用，介绍了奥运轨 道交通系统的构成及特点。然后，文章阐述了奥运轨道交通规划的特点及“影响因 子”的选择。其后文章重点研究了奥运轨道交通系统规划中的几个重要“影响因 子”。论文第五章以北京奥运会和伦敦奥运会为例分析了“影响因子”在规划中的 作用。论文第六章给出了作者的主要研究结论，认为“影响因子”在奥运轨道交通规 划的制定中发挥着重要作用，对奥运交通系统的运营效果具有重要的意义。在此基 础上，得出了编制大型活动轨道交通规划的政策及技术建议。同时，还就相关研究 中需要进一步研究的问题给出了建议。关键词：奥运会、轨道交通规划、影响因子、伦敦奥运会、北京奥运会AbstractWith the vigorous development of the modern Olympic Games, the rail transit already became an important means to guarantee the achievement of the international major events such as the Olympic Games. However, because of the Olympic Games rail transit systems enormous construction investment, long project period and the widespread affected area, the plan for the system is influenced by various factors. This dissertation seeks and studies the important impact factors of the plan for the Olympic Games rail transit system, and this dissertation was inspired from the case study of the successful Beijing OlympicGames as well as the author’s related research in London, and was also based on thecareful investigation and analysis, it studies the influence factors of the Olympic Games Rail Transit Plan with the London Olympic Games and Beijing Olympic Games as the examples.Because the related domestic and foreign research is limited, the content of this dissertation is of foresightedness and innovation.
