护理学实验教学质量评价量表的构建 井磊 沈军 400016 重庆医科大学附属第一医院，护理学院 【摘要】目的 构建护理学实验教学质量评价量表，并进行信度、效度的检验。方法 运用文献研究、实验课调研、专家咨询等建立量表条目池，由专家评议后建立初量表。随即对10位学生进行访谈并再次进行专家评议建立预测问卷，其后用预测问卷对200位学生进行预试。采用用t检验、因子分析等方法再次进行条目筛选确定最终量表，并确定指标权重。最后对200位学生进行测试，检验正式量表的信度和效度。结果 量表有5项一级指标，23项二级指标。重测信度( ICC) =0.956；内部一致性信度(Cronbach’ s α) = 0.881；结构效度因子分析结果与预想结构吻合；可接受度测试回收率98.0%，有效率93.9%。结论 评价量表是一种具有实用性、科学性及推广性的教学质量测量工具，可用于护理学实验教学质量的评价。 【关键词】 护理学；实验教学；教学质量评价；量表 【中图分类号】R471;R195; R-331 【文献标识码】A The construction of teaching quality-evaluation scale of experiment teaching of nursing Jinglei Shenjun School Of Nursing ,First Affiliated Hospital,Chongqing Medical Univeristy 【Abstract】 Objective To constructe teaching quality-evaluation scale of experiment teaching of nursing and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods The item pool was based on literature study and investigation on the classroom teaching of laboratory education. Firstly, the preliminary scale was developed through specialist evaluation; then it was reviewed by 10 students and specialists again; At last, 200 students were surveyed and based on the pilot data, a series of statistic analysis was conducted such as t-test, factor analysis, correlation analysis, etc . To deduce the items to 23 and ensured the weight of indicators. Results the scale has 5 items of level 1and 23 items of level 2 of the indicator system. Psychometric tests with the application of stringent criteria confirmed the test-retest reliability ( ICC = 0.956), internal consistency (Cronbach’ sα= 0.881), construct validity ( factor analysis confirms the hypothesis of the scale), and acceptability ( response rate 98.0%, effective rate 93.9%). Conclusion The quality evaluation scale is a practicable, scientific and generalizable instrument.
