西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文产业集群内企业间的合作与竞争博弈研究——以宝鸡市煤化工产业集群为例专 业：管理科学与工程 硕 士 生：苏 涛 指导教师：罗福周 教授摘 要很多发达国家凭借产业集群式发展成功实现经济和国力的迅速崛起，诸多发 展中国家也开始模仿发达国家，借鉴发达国家的成功经验，试图以产业集群式发 展来推动经济的发展。中国近几年的产业集群发展也是方兴未艾，对产业集群的 研究即有了它的必要性和迫切性。越来越多的学者投入到产业集群的理论研究之 中，试图找到产业集群健康发展的理论指导。众多企业聚集的产业集群在市场竞争过程中具有强大的竞争优势，本文以产 业集群内企业之间合作与竞争博弈为切入点，对产业集群概念做了概括，并对产 业集群特征优势进行了数学模型分析。本文引入了生态学理论，引进生态位的概 念，运用生态位理论知识对产业集群内企业合作竞争进行解释和分析。为促进企 业之间的合作，本文将产业集群分为两大类型，分别是空间辐射型集群企业和网 络共生型集群企业进行研究分析，建立产业集群内企业之间的合作创新竞合博弈 模型，希望能找到合理解决企业合作均衡的答案，为产业集群内加强内部合作、 为产业集群的和谐发展提供理论上的帮助。本文通过宝鸡市产业集群煤化工产业 集群实例，以实地调研的方法，结合研究理论，对宝鸡市煤化工产业集群内企业 进行分析，通过博弈结论，提出改善宝鸡市煤化工产业集群内企业之间的合作竞 争关系的建议。产业集群内企业之间能互利共生，将会对产业集群的发展繁荣起到非常重要 的作用，怎样找到集群内企业间平衡发展的均衡因素和均衡点？怎样使企业间的 竞争趋于合理，合作更加紧密，合作创新成果公平分配？本文带着这些问题，试 图阐述和解决，将对产业集群的健康发展做出一定贡献，具有现实和理论的双重 研究意义。关键词：产业集群；合作竞争；博弈论；合作创新Game Analysis on The Cooperation and Competition in Industrial Cluster——As Example of Baoji Coal Chemical Industrial ClusterSpecialty: Management Science and Engineering Name: Tao SuInstructor: Pro.
