广西广西师范学院硕士学位论文广西广西石漠化治理模式案例库管理系统设计及应用 PAGE PAGE VIIVIVIThe Design and the Application of the Case Management System of Guangxi Desertification Governance ModeAbstractIn the context of sub-tropical karst, karst is the process of land degradation driven by unreasonable human activities caused by serious soil erosion, large areas of exposed bedrock, harp decline in land productivity and the appearance of the desert landscape. Karst rocky desertification is one of the most serious ecological problems in southwestern China region. Currently, the state launched 100 counties for pilot projects, and put forward a number of rocky desertification govenance mode. Some of them do not study the balance between ecological and economic system, such as people’s persuit of the declining of the desertification areas without considering its construction, and the residents do not get rid of poverty, then they get into the plight of damage to the environment which have a bad effect on the efficient of desertification governance. The mode itself is too simple, and we can not apply it mechanically during the extension process. Desertification governance according to local condition requires to study the focus problems, specific methods and crops selection in different areas, but now we do not have specification of desertification control technology system. Therefore, we should design and build a dedicated governance mode of desertification collection, analysis and management using for supporting the management of desertification which facilitates the application and promotion of the governance model.This thesis bases on the framework of WSR by the use of case-based reasoning (Case-Based Reasoning, referred to as the CBR) methods and GIS technology. According to the two laws of nature: the regurality of geographic events, the simarility ways and procdures to the similar problems; the reoccurence of the similar problems, we build the sesertiication governance case database management syste
