(2) The percentage of the websites of MCHH was low, the percentage of provinces was 77.42%, the percentage of cities was 39.46%, the percentage of eastern, centraland western provinces was 91.67%、88.89%及 50.00%, the percentage ofeastern, central and western cities was 57.12%、45.30%及 13.59%. (3) The mean score of the websites of MCHH was 27.02, the mean score of the provinces and cities websites partly was 30.24 and 26.43, the mean score of eastern, central and western regions was 28.78、24.43 and 28.38. The score of the website design was highest(59.71),and then was study and education(35.33), affair assistance was lower(20.31), communication and feedback was lowest(11.62).Conclusions The evaluation system was scientific and operable, the health education ability of the websites was treasured, affair assistance of the websites developed step by step, communication in the websites increased, website design was nice and easy to use. But there were problems in the websites: the proportion of the construction websites of MCHH was low, regional difference was notable; the role of the website was not clear, the result of the website evaluation was poor; health information of the websites was not comprehensive and lack of standard; the ability of the business assistance was poor, information integration need to be strengthened; interaction of the online communication was not very well, the channel of feedback was sluggish; website design fall short of specifications. According to the major problem of the MCHH websites, suggestions was listed as follows: adequately recognize the important meaning of the MCHH websites; consummate the structure of the MCHH websites; strengthen the ability of information release; enhance the capability of businessassistance; advance the function of communication and feedback step by step; improve the format o
