PAGE PAGE 8 当代家庭教育育人功能弱化的社会学分析山东省济南泉城中学 于会龙 摘要：随着社会经济和科学技术的发展进步，家庭教育的育人功能弱化现象越来越引起人们的关注。家庭教育育人功能弱化是指家庭与学校之间出现的功能替代或弱化现象，即本应该承担“育才”功能的学校却取代家庭承担起“育人”功能。家庭教育的育人功能主要包括身体健康教育、思想品德教育、心理健康教育、生活能力培养等功能。然而家长育人职责的履行情况却十分令人担忧，出现了家庭育人时间缩短、育人功能偏差、育人功能异化等问题,导致这一现象的原因包括社会环境变迁、家庭结构变革、家长素质降低等方面。强化家庭教育育人功能需要社会、家庭、家长诸方面共同努力。关键词：家庭教育，育人功能，家长职责The sociological analysis of the weakening of contemporary family educational function Student majoring in Education Administration Name TianXiaofangTutor XuRuiAbstract：Along with the social economy and the development of science and technology progress, the weakening of family educational function has attracted the attention of people. The weakening of family educational function refers to the phenomenon of alternative or weakening appeared between family and school, namely should assume yucai function school who should undertake the function of yucai but replace family undertake educational function. Family educational function mainly include physical health education, ideological and moral education and mental health education, life ability training, and other functions. However the performance of parents who should fulfill their education responsibilities is not very good.It has appeared such situations as family education time shortened sharply, educational function deviation, educating function alienation.The reasons leading to the phenomenon include social environment change, family structure reform and parents quality lower and so on. In order to strengthen family educational function we need a joint effort by social, family and parents three aspects .
