自拟中药化瘀复明汤治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究自拟中药“化瘀复明汤”治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效，并探究其临床适用性。方法：选择2014年9月-2016年2月于本院接受治疗的80例单纯型糖尿病视网膜患者作为研究对象，按照不同治疗方案分为研究组和对照组，对照组患者采用常规方案进行治疗，研究组患者采用化瘀复明汤进行治疗。观察两组患者各项指标的改善情况；并比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果：治疗前，两组患者的黄斑水肿程度、微血管病变程度、视网膜总循环、视力情况比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的黄斑水肿程度、微血管病变程度、视网膜总循环、视力情况均有所改善，与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，研究组患者的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞沉降率及纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标改善程度均优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：化瘀复明汤治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效显著，可以有效控制血糖，改善血液流变学各项指标，适合临床长期推广应用。 中国论文网 /6/viewhtm 　　【关键词】 化瘀复明汤； 糖尿病视网膜； 临床研究； 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical effect of simplex diabetic retinopathy with Self-developed TCM prescription Huayu Fuming Decoction treatment， and to explore its clinical applicability. Method：A total of 80 cases of simple retinopathy in diabetic from September 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital were treated，they were divided into study group and control group， the control group of patients were treated with conventional therapy，the study group were treated with Huayu Fuming decoction for treatment.The improvement of the indicators were observed and compared，and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result：Before treatment， the extent of the two groups of patients with macular edema， microvascular lesions， retinal total circulation， vision conditions were basically consistent with the two groups，the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）.After treatment，the macular swelling degree， microvascular lesions， retinal always follow， visual acuity were compared with before treatment， the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.After treatment，whole blood and plasma viscosity，hematocrit，red blood cell level to improve blood rheology and fibrinogen sedimentation rate of the study group was significantly better than the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of Huayu Fuming Decoction for simple diabetic retinopathy is significant，it can effectively control blood sugar and
