同期与分期双膝关节置换术后并发症发生率临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：比较同期双侧膝关节置换和分期双侧膝关节置换的不良后果发生率和膝关节功能恢复情况。方法：将本院2012年6月-2014年6月行双膝关节置换术的患者分为同期双侧全膝关节置换术组和分期双侧全膝关节置换术组，比较术后两组患者的死亡率、心脑血管系统及下肢血管栓塞的发生率、膝关节伤口感染情况等及手术治疗半年后膝关节功能的恢复情况。结果：同期手术组和分期手术组术前合并症比较，差异无统计学意义。两组患者术前、术后半年HSS评分比较无统计学意义。同期手术组与分期手术组患者的术后并发症发生率经比较，差异无统计学意义。结论：同期与分期行双膝关节置换的患者具有相同的手术安全性和术后的临床效果。 　　【关键词】 全膝关节置换术后； 同期； 分期； 并发症 　　Clinical Study of the Incidence of Complications in One-stage and Two-stage Double Knee Arthroplasty/ZHANG Xi-long.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（31）：060-062 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To compare the adverse consequences of simultaneous bilateral total knee replacement and staged bilateral total knee replacement and the degree of functional recovery of knee joint. Method： From June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital， the patients were divided into bilateral total knee arthroplasty group and staged bilateral total knee arthroplasty group. To compare the two groups with postoperative mortality， cardiovascular system complication rate， lower extremity arterial embolism complication rate， periprosthetic infection and postoperative knee function recovery. Result： The preoperative complications had no significant difference between the two groups， with no statistical significance. The preoperative HSS score had no significant difference between the two groups. The postoperative HSS score had no significant difference between the two groups. Between the two groups， postoperative complication rate showed no significant difference， with no statistical significance.
