左金丸、胃得安对地塞米松致动物胃肠道损伤保护作用研究 　　摘要：目的 建立地塞米松致大鼠胃肠道功能损伤的疾病模型。探讨胃得安、左金丸对地塞米松致胃肠道损伤的抑制作用。 　　方法 以地塞米松灌胃ig、注射sc给药，采用不同给药剂量进行分组实验，对比乙醇导致鼠胃溃疡模型的溃疡指数、胃黏膜活性和胃液胃酸、CGRP含量、EGF分布和EGFR表达，观察地塞米松对大鼠胃分泌功能、胃粘膜损伤的影响，确定建立该模型地塞米松的给药剂量及给药途径，根据模型研究结果选择胃得安胶囊、左金丸抑制地塞米松导致的胃肠功能损伤的试验研究。 　　结果 与正常组相比，各组动物灌胃（ig）、皮下注射（sc） 给予地塞米松后出现出现类似乙醇所致胃蛋白酶活力增加、胃液pH 降低、胃壁结合黏液量降低、溃疡性结肠炎，CGRP含量降低、EGF分布降低和EGFR表达减少等胃肠粘膜及功能的损伤。胃得安胶囊、左金丸能有效抑制地塞米松导致的胃肠功能损伤。 　　结论 大鼠以地塞米松1.0 mg?kg-1连续灌胃7d，小鼠以 1.0mg/kg连续灌胃5 d，可以建立较为理想的致胃肠道功能紊乱的模型，胃得安胶囊、左金丸能有效抑制地塞米松导致的胃肠功能紊乱。 　　关键词：地塞米松;胃肠粘膜及功能损伤;大鼠;小鼠;胃得安胶囊;左金丸 Abstract 　　Objective： Establish dexamethasone disease model of mice and rats gastrointestinal function damage.
