能有效的协助抗逆转录病毒药物控制病毒载量，减少或者减轻患者服用HAART药物后的毒副反应，能明显的提高患者的CD4+T细胞绝对计数。保护和提高患者免疫功能从而延缓HIV感染者疾病进程的作用，且未发现有临床不良反应。关键词：艾滋病；免疫扶正颗粒；免疫重建；高效抗逆转录病毒治疗StudyontheImmuneReconstitutionoftheHIV/AIDSTreatedbyMianyifuzhengGranulesCombinedwithHAARTAbstractObject:ThroughobservedtheClinicaleffectofcuringAIDSbyMianyifuzhengGranulesCombinedwithHAART(HighlyActiveAntiretroviralTherapy),theeffectofMianyifuzhengGranulesCombinedwithHAARTwasevaluatedobjectively.Itcanrebuildimmunesystem,reducesideeffectandimprovethequalityoflifeafterHAARTTherapyofadultpatients.Itsfunctionsofreducingopportunisticinfectionandtumourwasevaluatedtoo.Thereby,itprovidesscientificbasisforTraditionalChineseMedicineinTreatmentofAIDS.Methods:Atotalof72patients(allthepatientcomefromLongtanhospital,Guangxi)livingwithHIVwereenrolled.Theyaredividedintotwogroups,treatmentgroupandplacebocontrolgroup.ThepatientsofthetreatmentgrouptookHAARTplusMianyifuzhengGranuleandthecontrolgrouptookHAARTplusplaceboseparately.allthepatients’symptomsandsignswereinvestigated.andallthepatientsweredetectedimmunefunetion(CD4+Tcellscounts、CD8+TCellscounts、CD4/CD8),viralloadatbaseline,thethirdmonth，thesixthmonth，Safetyroutinebloodtest,urineregulartest,X–ray,ECG,liverfunction,kidneyfunctionandtherecordingofpatients’symptomsandsignsaremeasuredbeforetreatmentandaftertreatment.SPSS13.0analysissystemisadoptedtoanalyze66subjectswhohavecompleteinformationsothatwecanestimatethecurativeeffectofimmunereconstitutionandevaluatetheMianyifuzhengGranule’sfunctionsofreductionofHAARTsideeffect,improvementofthequalityoflife,opportunisticinfectionandtumorigenesis.Results:Itshowedthatthereweredifferencesbetweentwogroupsinaccumulatedscoresofsymptomsandsignsatthethirdandsixthmonth.(P0.05),ThetreatmentgroupwasbetterthanthecontrolgroupinKarnovskyscoreafterthetreatment(P0.05).ThereweredifferencesbetweentwogroupsinCD4+Tcells,CD3+TcellscountsandtheratioofCD4/CD8atthethirdandsixthmonth.TherewerenomarkeddifferencebetweentwogroupsinCD8+Tcellscountsandviralload.CD4+Tcells,CD3+Tcellsco
