AnalysisofClinicalandPathologicalFeatureofChronicHepatitisBandChronicHepatitisCwithNonalcoholicFattyLiverDiseasePostgraduate:ZhouXijingSupervisor:XiaoLinassociateprofessor.AbstractObjective:toexploretheclinicalandpathologicalanalysisbychronichepatitisBwithhepatitcsteatosisandchronichepatitisCwithhepatitcsteatosisdifferentrelatedfeatures.Methods:aretrospectiveanalysisofFebruary2003-2010Februarylivertissuepathologydocumented445patients,morechronicHBVwithhepatitcsteatosis,chronichepatitisCwithhepatitcsteatosisintheincidenceofhepatitcsteatosis,liverfunction,bloodfat,fastingbloodsugarandhistology.Results:chronichepatitisBwithhepatitcsteatosisintheincidenceofhepatitcsteatosis,theincidenceofchronichepatitisBwithhepatitcsteatosisis39.61%,chronicHCVwithhepatitcsteatosischangeforliver53.57%incidence.Liverfunctionexamination:chronicHBVwithhepatitcsteatosisgroupalanineaminotransferase(ALT)aminolevelsbelowunincorporatedliverfattychange(P0.05).ChronichepatitisCwithhepatitcsteatosisgroupmergedgamma-irradiationglutaminetranspeptidase(GGT)levelthanunincorporatedliverfattychangegroup(P0.05).chronichepatitisBwithhepatitcsteatosisgroupgamma-irradiationglutaminetranspeptidaselevelsisbelowchronichepatitisCwithhepatitcsteatosisgroup(P0.05).Bloodlipidandfastingglucosecheck:chronichepatitisBwithhepatitcsteatosisgrouptriglycerides,lowdensitylipoprotein,apolipoproteinBandfastingglucosewithchronichepatitisBwithouthepatitcsteatosisgroupcompareddifferencehavestatisticalmeaning(P0.05).Chronichcv-infectedliverfattychangegroupmergedtriglycerides,high-densitylipoproteincholesterol(hdl-c)withunconsolidatedliverfattychangegroupcompareddifferencehavestatisticalmeaning(P0.05).ChronichepatitisBwithhepatitcsteatosisgroupandchronichepatitisCwithhepatitcsteatosisiscomparativehigh-densitylipoprotein,apolipoproteinA1andfastingglucosedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Liverfibrosisfourexamination:ChronichepatitisCwithhepatitcsteatosisgroupandChronichepatitisCwithouthepatitcsteatosisgroupcomparedserum
