ThreemethodsofinternalfixationtreatmentoftibiafractureanalysisoftheclinicalcurativeeffectAbstract【objective】:Ordinarysteelplateinternalfixation,intramedullarynailfixation,MIPPOtechnologycombinedwithLCPplateinternalfixationoftibialfracturestreatedbythreemethodsadvantagesanddisadvantages,tofindoutamethodoftreatmentoftibialfracturesismoreappropriateandbetterservicesforclinic.【methods】:Collectionofshanximedicaluniversityfirstaffiliatedhospitalnearlyfiveyears(2007.12012.12)treatedbyincludedinstandardcasesoftibialfractures,accordingtoitsoperationmethodwhichcanbedividedintonormalpressureplateintreatmentgroup,interlockingintramedullarynailintreatmentgroup,MIPPOtechnologycombinedwithLCPplateintreatmentgroup.Andthenusestatisticalmethodsstatisticsofeachgroupofintraoperativeandpostoperativepatientswithavarietyofindicatorstocomparetheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthreemethods.【results】:Withcases,108casesoftibialfractures,ordinarysteelgroup40cases,intramedullarynailgroup36cases,32casesofMIPPOgroup.IntramedullarynailingwithMIPPOgrouptheincisionsize,bloodloss,fracturehealingtimedidnotseeobviousdifference,nostatisticalsignificance,butthetwogroupswithsignificantdifferencecomparedwithnormalsteelgroup,withstatisticalsignificance.IntramedullarynailgroupwithMIPPOtechnologycombinedwithLCPplateofpostoperativekneefunctionofanklejointiscomparativedifferenceissmall,nostatisticalsignificance.【conclusion】:threemethodsofinternalfixationsurgeryisnowthemosteffectivetreatmentoftibialfracturesofthreemethods,buttheintramedullarynailfixationwithMIPOtechnologycombinedwithLCPplateinternalfixationtreatmentoftibialfractureswithsmalltrauma,lessbleeding,fracturehealingtimeisshort,fullyshowsthesuperiorityofbiologicalfixation,isabetterinternalfixationoftibialfracturestreatedmethodandchooseoperationmethod,accordingtothetypeoffractureandthedoctorsexperience.Keywords:tibialfractures;Internalfixationwithintramedullarynail;MIPPO;LCPplateinternalfixation;Externalfixator.第一章前言胫骨骨折是长管骨骨折中最常见的一种骨折[1]，约占全身骨折的10%?15%。由于胫骨
