摘要在促进区域产业结构升级的过程中，体育产业发挥着越来越重要的作用。国际大都市纷纷通过发展体育产业，如举办大型体育赛事，创办知名职业体育俱乐部等方式带动相关产业的发展，促进就业，拉动消费，改善投资环境，促进城市经济发展，进而提升城市的整体竞争力。本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、调查法、以及数理法针对区域体育产业问题进行研究，以竞争力相关理论为基础，结合南山区体育产业实际，城市体育产业自身的实际情况和特点；对当地体育产业发展现状进行了详细的摸底，分析了深圳市南山区当前体育产业现状中存在的问题；针对实际情况情况，提出了效仿高尔夫产业走产业集群化道路的发展建议。本文通过对南山区体育类企业的详细调研，将体育类企业在不同的业务层次进行了分类，并分析其在产业结构中所产生的作用。从企业规模、企业产品及其品牌竞争力、管理和经营效益、服务创新、企业结构及制度建设等几个方面对企业竞争力进行了阐述。之后以南山区高尔夫产业集群为例阐述了走高端服务业产业集群道路是提升南山区体育产业的有效道路。此外，本文对不同区域体育产业构成特点进行了分析和归纳。最后若干发展南山区体育产业的具体建议，以期对南山区体育产业未来的发展有所帮助。关键词：深圳市南山区；体育产业；高尔夫；产业集群ABSTRACT0nthepromotionofregionalindustrialstructureupgradeprocess,thesportsindustryisplayinganincreasinglyimportantrole.Haveaninternationalcitybydevelopingthesportsindustry,suchashostingmajorsportsevents,founderofwell-knownprofessionalsportsclubs,etc.ledthedevelopmentofrelatedindustries,promotingemployment,stimulatingconsumption,improvetheinvestmentenvironmentandpromoteurbaneconomicdevelopment,thusenhancingtheoverallcompetitivenessofthecitys.Inthispaper,literatureanddata,interviews,investigationandlaw,aswellasthenumberofLi-fa,fortheregionalcompetitivenessofthesportsindustrytoconductresearchtothecompetitivenessoftherelevantbasedonthetheory,combinedwiththesportsindustry,NanshanDistrict,real,urbansportsindustrysownactualconditionsandcharacteristics;statusofthelocalsportsindustrythoroughlycarriedoutadetailedanalysisofShenzhenCity,NanshanDistrict,thecurrentstatusquointhesportsindustryscompetitivenessproblems;therealsituation,raisedthegolfindustrytofollowtheroadtaketheindustryclusterdevelopmentproposal.Thispaper,thesportsbusiness,NanshanDistrict,detailedresearch,thesportsclassesofbusinessenterprisesinthedifferentlevelsoftheclassificationandanalysisofitsstructurearisingintherole.Fromenterprise-scale,enterpriseproductsanditsbrandcompetitiveness,managementandoperationalefficiency,serviceinnovation,corporatestructureandsystem,andotheraspectsofthecompetitivenessofenterprisesaredescribed.Afterthemountainousareasouthofthegolfindustryclustersdescribedasanexample
