恻唰唰RJW 恻唰唰RJW 刷刷刷刷o m川川qdv 唰唰川dE 恻唰唰AU M川川oo . m阳川川 AE 棚Y 猪圆环病毒 2型(Porcine circovirus type 2，PCV2)是引起断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综 合征等相关疾病的震要病服。本研究应用 ELISA 方法对四川省部分规模化猪场的 817 份血清样品进行检测，初步了解 PCV2 在省内的流行情况，参照 GenBank 中猪因环 病毒(Porcine Circovirus ，PCV)基因序列，设计一对特异性引物，建立了 PCV 的 PCR一盯LP 鉴别诊断方法。 1、运用ELISA 方法对四川省五个地区(简阳、乐山、广安、遂宁、南充) 6个规模 养猪场的 817份猪血清样品(其中经产母猪血清 375 份，后备母猪血清 316 份， 2月龄 仔猪血清 126 份)进行猪圆环病毒 2型(PCV2)抗体的检测。结果显示，从 817 份猪血 清样品中检出抗体阳性血清 478 份，平均抗体阳性率为 58.51 %，其中经产母猪抗体 阳性血清 239 份，抗体阳性率 63.73%; 后备母猪抗体阳性血清 180 份，抗体阳性率 56.96%; 2 月龄仔猪抗体阳性血清 61 份，抗体阳性率 48.41 %。结果表明，四川省规 模猪场普遍存在猪困环病毒 2型(PCV2)的感染。 2、选取56 头疑似圆坏病毒感染仔猪，采集血液和病理组织(扁桃体、腹股沟淋巴结、 脾脏等)，应用 ELISA 方法和建立的 RF四-PCR 技术对其进行 PCV2 的检测，结果显 示， ELISA 方法检测出阳性样品 33 份， RFLP-PCR 检测出 PCV2 阳性病料 33 份，阳 性率为 58.93% ，其结果与ELISA 结果一致。结果表明，盯 Lp.PCR 技术在临床应用 上具有一定的可行性。 关键词: PCV; 流行病学; RFLP CR Abstract Epidemiological Investigation and Establishment of RFLp.
