AbstractTheenterprisesareplacedintoanenvironmentfullofuncertaintyandchallengesintheeverfiercecompetitionoftheglobalizationduetothecontinuousprogressofscienceandtechnology.Insuchbackground,itisnotofgreatbenefittotheimprovementoftheenterprisesincasethattheworkingbehavioroftheemployeesislimitedtohisownnarrowliabilityscope.Flatteningorganizationstructureisfavorabletoprovidemoreautonomousrighttotheemployeesandthewaytheyhandleitmattersagreatdealtothedevelopmentoftheenterprises.Thatiswhytheorganizationalcitizenshipbehavioroftheemployeesdrawsfullattentionoftheorganizationmanagesandhasbecomethespotlightinthestudyoforganizationalbehaviorandalsohumanresourcestudiesinrecentyears.Theaccommodationmodeloftheinfluencetotheorganizationalcitizenshipbehaviorbythesocialsupportincludingfourvariations,namely:socialsupport,organizationalcitizenshipbehavior,roleambiguityandroleconflictbasedonthereviewofthesocialexchangetheoryandperceptionorganizationalsupporttheory.What’smore,themainstudyfocusontheinfluenceofthesocialsupportontheorganizationalcitizenshipbehaviorfromdifferentsourcesandtheinfluencechangeontheorganizationalcitizenshipbehaviorandthespecificfunctionsfromthesocialsupportafteraddingtherolestressasavariation.Socialsupportincludesfourvariations,thatisbosssupport,colleaguesupport,organizationalpolicysupportandpartnersupport,andtherolestressconsistsoftwovariations,namelyroleambiguityandroleconflict.Statisticalapproachsuchasconfirmatoryfactoranalysis,regressionanalysisandthehierarchicalregressionareadoptedinthisstudytoperformthedatacheck.Itisprovedbythestatisticsthatthepositiveinfluenceofthesocialsupportontheorganizationalcitizenshipbehaviorandalsotheregulationfunctionoftheworkingsupportpartofthesocialsupportfromtherolestressandtheorganizationalcitizenshipbehavior.Intheend,solutionsandsuggestionsinsixaspectsaregivensuchasincentivesystemfortheemployeesandtheestablishmentofthecommunicationsatmospherewithintheenterprises.Itisprovedinthisstudythatthereisaprominentpositivecorrelativityofth
