TheprofessionallistedbytheprevalenceofIGRfromhightolowwereretirees(5.12%),administrativecadre(3.4%),familywomen(3.25%),fordiabeteswereretirees(15.4%),others(9.56%),unemployment(5.82%),familywomen(5.14%),administrativecadre(4.53%).TheIGRrateofsmokers,ex-smokersandnon-smokerswere3.5%,3.77%and2.79%,respectively.Thediabetesrateswere5.73%,9.8%and4.8%,respectively;theIGRrateofdrinkers,ex-drinkersandnon-drinkerswere2.69%,3.01%and4.23%,respectively.Thediabetesratewere3.96%,5.32%and12.7%,respectively.TheprevalenceofIGRwas2.02%foractiveexercisers,andtheprevalenceofdiabeteswas2.21%,andfornon-activeexercisers,3.65%and6.66%,respectively.TheIGRrateofnormalweight,overweightandfatpeoplewere1.9%,3.88%and7.37%,respectively.Thediabetesrateswere2.91%,8.69%and9.83%,respectively.Theawarenessrate,treatmentrateandthecontrolrateofdiabeteswere60.81%,54.05%and19.82%,respectively.Relativefactorsofdiabetesincluded:overweight95%CI(1.68,6.4),obesity95%CI(2.41,11.52),hightotalcholesterol95%CI(1.3,4.25),highsystolicbloodpressure95%CI(1.18,4.53),hightotaltriglycerides95%CI(215,7.04),mediummagnesiumintake95%CI(0.13,0.64)andproteindiet95%CI(0.11,0.78).Conclusions:(1)TheprevalenceofIGRanddiabeteswerelowerthanthenationalaveragelevel,buthadangreatincreaseversus1997.Theawarenessrate,treatmentrateandthecontrolrateofdiabeteswerelowerthanthedevelopedcountries;therefore,itisnecessarytointensifythepropagandaofdiabetesknowledge.Theriskfactorswerehighbloodfat,highBMI,highsystolicbloodpressure,unhealthydiet,lessphysicalexercise,womenhadpregnancy-inducedhypertension,birthwithagreatsonandgestationaldiabeteshistory,soitisimportanttoadvocatetheweightcontrol,reasonablecontroloftheirbodyindex,andtheresidencehadpreviousmedicalhistoryshouldpaymoreattentiontopreventthedevelopmentofdiabetes.Inthediet,highqualityproteinproportion,lowenergy,lowfat,highdietaryfiber,eatingmorefruit,morewholegrains,consumingmanganese,tin,iron,zincandotherminerals,highinvitamin,magnesiumandlowsodiumcouldreducetheprevalenceofdiabetes.Keywords:dia
