摘要本论文以构建灵活开放终身教育体系为背景，结合我国现代教育改革和发展大势，以考试育人为切入视角，厘定社会证书考试的概念及相关影响要素，从影响我国社会证书考试可持续发展的诸多要素中，选取几个影响较为基础和关键的要素作为研究对象，通过对社会证书考试的发展现状进行调研和分析，透过这些问题来探求一条独具中国特色的我国的社会证书考试的发展之道。本论文主要紧紧围绕“社会证书考试发展现状与对策研究”这一主题，将论文大致分为五个部分展开论述。开篇绪论，主要介绍了选题的缘起、意义，社会证书考试概念和发展现状的综述，以及论文写作的思路、方法和创新之处。而这些内容为本研究的后续工作夯实了研究基础。第二章主要是对“社会证书考试”的概念进行了阐释和界定，并对有关发展社会证书考试的理论依据进行了相应的总结，结合当下社会经济发展现状及人才培养的发展趋势等横向维度来进一步指出我国发展社会证书考试的实践意义，为社会证书考试的发展研究提供佐证。第三章从社会证书考试的历史变迁的纵向视角透视社会证书发展路线。随着历史演进，社会证书考试的历史使命、社会责任和表现形式在相应的历史时期也都有所侧重。同时，总结了当下现阶段社会证书考试的发展现状，对社会证书考试现状发展进行总结。基于此，本文提出要在构建我国终身教育体系的大背景中建立健全社会证书考试制度。第四章主要是社会证书考试的调研部分。基于问卷调查和访谈调查对其发展的关键问题进行了的系统的梳理、归纳与总结。即通过相关数据和相应访谈信息进行系统综合分析，概括了影响我国社会证书发展的几类关键性问题，为本论文进一步的对策提出提供了现实依据。第五章在考量了我国社会证书考试发展现状及趋势，对接当下影响其发展的几个关键性问题，对我国的社会证书考试的发展目标、组织体系、认证机制、助学平台等方面提出相应的对策研究。最后结语部分是对论文实践中的深层反思及后续期望。希望就这些问题，从新研究思路、方法、目标等方面进行后续性研究。关键词：社会证书考试；发展现状；对策AbstractThispaperregardsbuildingflexibleopenlifelongeducationsystemasitsbackground.Combinedwiththemoderneducationreformanddevelopmenttrendinourcountry,itcutsintotheangleofeducationexaminationtocleartheconceptofsocialcertificationexamandrelatedinfluencefactors.Fromtheelementswhichaffectthesustainabledevelopmentofoursocialcertificationexam,Ichoosesomefundamentalandkeyelementsastheresearchobject.Throughtheresearchandanalysisonthecurrentsituationofthedevelopmentofsocialcertificationexam,throughthesequestionstoexploreauniqueChinesecharacteristicsofthedevelopmentofChinesesocialcertificationexam.Thisthesismainlyfocusonsocialcertificatetestdevelopmentpresentsituationandcountermeasureresearchthisonetheme,thepaperroughlydividedintofiveparts.Beginswiththeintroduction,Imainlyintroducetheoriginandsignificanceoftopicselection,conceptandcurrentsituationofthedevelopmentofsocialcertificationexamreview,aswellastheideas,methodsandinnovationofthesiswriting.Thecontentofthisstudyfollow-upworktoconsolidatethefoundationresearch.Thesecondchapterismainlyabouttheconceptofsocialcertificationexamandhascarriedontheexplanationanddefinitionandthetheoreticalbasisforthedevelopm
