AbstractWiththegreatdevelopmentoftheeconomicglobalizationandtheelectroniccommerce,therequirementoflogisticssystemisbecominghigher.Traditionallogisticsisfacedwiththesituationoftransformingtomodernlogistics.Asakeylinkinmodernlogisticssystem,theoperationalefficiencyofstorageanddistributionhasagreatimportantinfluencetothecostandmarketcompetitiveness.Intermsofthelabor,pickingcanaccountfor60%ofthetotaldailyworkinthewarehouse.Thecostofpickingdeterminesalotofthetotalcostofthewholewarehouse.So,itbecomesverynecessarytoresearchtherouteoptimizationproblemofthewarehousepicking.Inthispaper,wetrytosolvetherouteoptimizationproblemoftheTwo-Blockwarehousepickingunderlimitedvehiclecapacity.TheTwo-Blockwarehousepickingroutingmodelunderlimitedvehiclecapacityisestablishedwiththegoaltofindtheshortestpickingpath.Atthesametime,thispaperalsostudiesthebasicprinciple,theadvantagesanddisadvantagesofStandardGeneticAlgorithmandGreedyAlgorithm.Finally,combiningwiththetwoalgorithmsabove,thispaperproposesagreedygeneticalgorithmtosolvethepickingroutingproblem.WiththeTwo-Blockwarehouseasobjecttodosimulationverificationandanalysis.Thesimulationresultsshowthatwonderfulresultsareachievedindifferentscaleofpickingpoint.Theproposedalgorithmcangreatlyshortenthepathpickingvehicletraveldistance,improvespickingefficiency.Thestudyhasimportantsignificancefortheoptimizationofwarehousepickingrouting.KeyWords:Order-pickingrouteoptimization;GeneticAlgorithm;GreedyAlgorithm;CapacitatedloadingII目录第1章绪论............................................................................................................................11.1本文的研究背景...............................................................................................................11.2本文的主要研究内容.......................................................................................................2第2章仓储配送中心及拣货作业........................................................................................32.1仓储配送中心概述..................................................
