国内图书分类号:TU311.3/O351.2学校代码:10213国际图书分类号:624密级:公开工学硕士学位论文深海立管涡激振动的大涡模拟与涡振疲劳累积损伤分析硕士研究生:郭宇导师:段忠东教授申请学位:工学硕士学科:土木工程所在单位:深圳研究生院答辩日期:2012年11月授予学位单位:哈尔滨工业大学ClassifiedIndex:TU311.3/O351.2U.D.C:624DissertationfortheMasterDegreeinEngineeringSIMULATIONOFTHEVORTEX-INDUCEDVIBRATIONSOFRISERBYLESANDACCUMULATEDFATIGUEDAMAGEANALYSISCandidate:GuoYuSupervisor:Prof.DuanZhongdongAcademicDegreeAppliedfor:MasterofEngineeringSpeciality:CivilEngineeringAffiliation:ShenzhenGraduateSchoolDateofDefence:November,2012Degree-Conferring-Institution:HarbinInstituteofTechnology摘要随着海上油气工程不断向深水区域发展,海洋立管变得越来越长、结构越来越柔。涡激振动(VIV)是深海立管系统设计,包括钻井、生产立管和出口立管设计必须考虑的一个重要问题。剧烈的流场接触到立管后产生的涡激振动可以在相对较短的时间内造成立管高度疲劳损伤。由立管涡激振动引起的损伤可能会降低立管的使用寿命,甚至会影响到平台的安全。本文采用瞬态流固耦合方法模拟柔性立管的涡激振动效应,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件CFX进行流场的模拟,结构分析有限元软件ANSYS模拟结构振动响应,通过ANSYS自带的workbench平台对立管受力和结构变形之间的动态数据进行交换,从而实现对流场和结构运动的交互耦合。本文采用大涡模拟湍流模型,成功地实现了对立管涡激振动的三维模拟。主要研究内容分为三个部分:首先,对均匀来流下小长径比立管的涡激振动进行了数值模拟,结果表明小长径比立管主要为低阶模态的振动,来流引起的涡激振动幅值非常小,特别是顺流向振动幅值基本可以忽略;然后,对均匀流下大长径比柔性立管进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与实验结果的对比表明,本文的大涡模拟较真实地反映了试验结果,立管横向涡激振动响应显著。同时,对比了立管刚度降低对立管涡激振动的影响,为研究立管损伤识别提供了基础。其次,进一步对剪切流作用下大长径比立管涡激振动进行了数值模拟,并将其结果与均匀流模拟结果进行了对比,研究表明剪切流作用下立管涡激振动现象在空间上更加复杂,但整体振动响应幅度不如同流速下均匀流作用的情况大。最后,基于疲劳强度理论,研究了深海立管涡激振动疲劳损伤预报,分别预报了阶梯流,均匀流及剪切流等流场条件下的立管疲劳损伤,流速是影响立管涡激振动疲劳损伤的最重要因素。关键词:涡激振动(VIV);柔性立管;计算流体动力学(CFD);大涡模拟(LES);疲劳损伤AbstractWiththedevelopmentofoffshoreoilandgasproductionintodeepwater,marinerisersaregettinglongerandthestructureisbecomingmoreflexible.Vortex-inducedvibration(VIV)isanimportantissueinthedesignofdeepwaterrisersystems,includingdrilling,productionandexportrisers.TheVIVcanproduceahighleveloffatiguedamageinarelativelyshortperiodoftimeforrisersexposedtoseverecurrentenvironments.AndthedamagesofriserscausedbyVIVcandecreasetheservicelifeoftherisers,evenendangerthesafetyofplatforms.ThisthesispresentsatransientFSIcouplingmethodfornumericalsimulatingtheVortex-InducedVibrationofaflexibleriserbyusingcommercialsoftware:computationalfluiddynamicssoftwareCFXtosimulatetheflowfieldandfiniteeleme
