AbstractHeartdiseaseisoneofthemajordiseasesthatendangerhumanlife.ECGisthemosteffectivemeanstodiagnoseCardiovasculardisease.ToexplorenewwayforacquiringandanalyzingECGsignalisanimportantsubjectathomeandabroad.Thethesisdesignsareal-timeECGacquisitionandanalysissystem,andthesystemmainlyincludestwopartsofECGacquisitionsensorandECGanalysismodeling.AccordingtothecharacteristicsofECG,hardwareismadeupofsignalacquisitionandprocessingcircuitbasedonMSP430microcontrollerandthenECGsignalwastransferredbyBluetooth.LabVIEWcommunicateswithmicrocontrollerbyusingitsserialinterfacemoduleconnectingwithBluetoothvirtualserialport.ConsideringthenoiseoverlaptheECGsignalandavoidingthedistortionofECG,thethesisputsamethodofwavelettransformcombiningadaptivethresholdtoremovebaselinewanderandusesthecombinationofwavelettransformandmulti-thresholdmethodtofilterouthigh-frequencynoise.ThemeansofextractingQRSisbasedonmulti-resolutionanalysis.Inordertoreducethemistakescausedbywavelettransform,thethesisproposesamethodofadaptivewavelettransformcombiningadaptivedifferentialthresholdtodetectRwave.ThealgorithmisnotonlytoguaranteeaccuratedetectionoftheRpeak,butalsotoensurehighresolutionofwavelettransforminfrequencydomain,whichwillbeusefulforfurtherdetectingotherwavesofQRS.ThethesisalsouseLabVIEWtoreal-timedisplay,saveandplaybacktheECGdata,whichmakethedatamoreintuitiveandreadmoreeasily.Theexperimentresultsshowthatthedesignedsystemrunsstablyandachievesgoodperformance.Keywords:electrocardiogram,ECGacquisition,waveformpreprocessing,QRSdetection,rhythmanalysis目录摘要........................................................................................................................................................IAbstract..................................................................................................................................................II第一章绪论..........................................................................................................................................11.1课题研
