摘 要 关键词: 框架结构;毕业设计;建筑设计; 结构设计; 施工组织设计; 本工程是根据辽宁工业大学土木建筑系土木工程专业毕业设计任务书的要求的，本次设计包括建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计三部分的内容。 该工程名称为锦州市某医院门诊楼， 该建筑主体全长69.5余米，宽35.3余米，该工程主体六层，局部五层，每层均设有男女厕所。 此建筑采用现浇框架结构，梁柱承重,以保证建筑物的大开间，满足门诊楼的使用要求。柱尺寸500×500，柱距4.2米，主梁，跨度5.4米。由于该建筑物长度和形状的影响，在设计中在建筑整体的转折处设有两处防震逢, 设防烈度为7度，且高度小于30m，查规范可知该建筑的抗震等级为三级。整幢楼房设置两部两跑楼梯和一部防火楼梯，以及两部电梯。满足疏散和防火要求。 基础均采用柱下独立基础，地基承载力为280KN/㎡，地下水位离地面为-5.3m，冻土深度为-1.10m，考虑地震作用的影响。 在设计过程中，我们采用PKPM的软件，CAD为辅助工具，计算并画出梁、板、柱的配筋图。  Key words: framework structure; design for graduation; design for building; design for structure; design for organization of construction; Abstract This project is designed by the graduation project specification of civil engineering specialty of Civil Construction Department, Liaoning industrial university, which includes three parts of building design, structural design and construction design. This project is some hospital outpatient in jinzhou and the overall length and width of the construction’s main body are both more than 69.5m with six- floors having lavatory in each. This building adopts four-floor frame construction casting in place and beam-column bearing to guarantee large bay and satisfy utilizing requirement of the hospital outpatient. Its column dimension is 500×500mm, main beam 250×450mm, column space 4.2m and span 5.4m. Owing to the impact of the building shape.The safe class of the building is level 2 and earthquake intensity is degree 7. My design is a combination of middle corridor type with compact rooms and economized right-of-way and the planar configuration is reasonable in general. The whole building provides two run stairs and two lift to meet evacuation and fire resistance requirements. The foundation is alone under the pillars and it can support 280kpa.The water under the ground is 5.3 metres deep.The freezing is 1.10 metres under the ground with the concerming of the earthquake.
