I 乌鲁木齐市民族聚集区居住空间分异研究 ——以天山区为例 摘 要 天山区是乌鲁木齐市少数民族人口分布最多的地方，有 44 个民族居住在此，各民 族之间由于宗教文化差异、社会阶层分化、经济条件等因素，出现了民族居住空间分异 现象。本文采用地理学、社会学、经济学、人口学等多学科的方法，在国内外相关文献 研究的基础上，系统梳理乌鲁木齐市天山区居住空间演变历史，并研究天山区分街道主 要少数民族人口、不同年龄段人口、不同教育程度人口、不同职业人口等单一人口属性 指标的居住分布及其演变。利用隔离指数、信息熵、区位熵从宏观、中观、微观三个层 面对天山区居住空间社会属性分异进行测度，利用调查问卷数据对天山区居住空间的物 质属性如：住房来源、住房属性、住房面积、住房建筑年代等进行分异测度，最后总结 了天山区居住空间分异的主要因素，并对不同分异所引起的负面影响，提出针对性的建 议。通过本文研究得到以下几个方面的结论：（1）民族居住空间分异现象较为显著，少 数民族居住呈现“大分散小聚居”格局仍然没有改变。（2）主要少数民族中哈萨克族居 住空间分异现象最为显著，其次是维吾尔族，回族与汉族混居现象相对较好。（3）不同 教育程度人口、不同年龄人口居住分异现象不显著。（4）随着城市化进程的加快，第一 产业从业人员居住空间分异现象加剧，而第三产业从业人员接近无居住空间分异现象。 （5）由于居民收入状况的差异及房价的过滤作用，住房来源、住房产权、住房面积都 出现低度或中度的分异现象，住房建筑年代分异现象较小。 关键词：居住空间；居住空间分异；动力因素；天山区 II Research on Residential Space Differentiation of Ethnic Enclaves in Urumqi City ——Taking Tianshan District as the case Abstract Tianshan District is the most minority population distribution in Urumqi, there are 44 ethnic groups living in here. Because the cultural differences of religion, social class differentiation, economic conditions and other factors, Tianshan District appear the nation residential differentiation phenomenon. This paper research minority population, different age population, different education degree, different occupational population indexes residential distribution pattern and its evolution by geography, sociology, economics, demology, multidisciplinary approach, on the basis of related literature at home and abroad research. By isolation index, information entropy, location entropy from the macro, meso and micro three levels to measure social attributes of the living space of the Tianshan District differentiation, and using questionnaires to measure Tianshan District living space material properties such as: housing sources, housing property, housing area, age of housing construction.
