Nowadays, after more than ten years of development, the system has been reasonable and perfect, and gradually got recognition and affirmation by universities, which has been widely used in the construction of columnof college journal. The column moderator system of college journal has not only a positive significant on column and journal themselves, but also promotes the development of the humanities and social science. Through the quantization study of the system itself, we found that the impact on the academic influence, academic value and academic reaction rate of the column is limited. Every system is flawed. In the process of implementing, the column moderator system still has many problem and defect. It need to be perfected and optimized, which for providing references for the construction business of college journal .
