三峡大学硕士学位论文 三 峡 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 PAGE IV PAGE IV Abstract Recently, the hydropower development has entered an unprecedented stage of rapid development, and the hydroelectric enterprise has entered into the era of large basin development. There are series of problems in the configuration of human resources, such as over-value the education background and neglect the working ability, gender imbalance and recruit the electrical graduates only. These phenomenons are bad for the enterprise human resources optimization configuration. The human resources management of hydropower enterprise should be combined the reality and requirements in order to compass the object. This thesis will take the angle of human resources configuration process to be regarded as a system. According to China large hydroelectric enterprise development requirements, firstly the author summarize the theory of human resources optimization configuration, introduced the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory; Secondly, the author will give a comprehensive analysis the human resources configuration of our large hydroelectric enterprise status; Thirdly, the author will structure an evaluation system of human resources configuration of China large hydroelectric enterprise; it includes internal and external coordination degree, configuration degree of organization, structure degree of configuration and effectiveness degree of configuration. The author will design a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of human resources configuration of China large hydropower enterprise to describe the quality and the quantity of human resources configuration, which based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and structure. Finally, the author will take the China Yangtze Power Limited Company (CYPC) as an example, analyze it comprehensively and concretely to find shortages and offer proposals of human resources configuration of CYPC.
