摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 我国 海外 施工项目 财务风险 研究 — 以中铁十局 为例 摘要 随着国内建筑市场逐步饱和，市场竞争日渐愈发激烈，海外市场在市场和利润率方 面优势愈发明显，越来越多的企业选择走出国门去开拓海外市场。然而实际情况却与预 期相背离，目前海外施工项目财务风险问题日益突出，已有很多失败的案例可以说明问 题。为了保证海外施工项目的健康发展和财务状况的稳定，加强海外施工项目财务风险 的应对能力是十分重要的。 本文的研究目的主要是通过对中铁十局在肯尼亚的机场改扩建项目中存在的问题， 从不同的角度有针对性的提出一些建设性的意见，并归纳总结出类似项目的财务风险的 应对策略。以期能够对其他有类似项目的企业应对财务风险有所帮助。 本文的研究思路主要在于通过对国内外关于海外施工项目财务风险情况文献研究 的论述，提炼出海外施工项目财务风险的概念，再从不同的角度阐述影响其财务风险的 来源。再从实际中结合中铁十局的真实案例深入研究，通过德尔菲法和SWOT分析法罗列 出企业面临的财务风险并对其影响量化分析，归纳出海外施工项目财务风险的应对策 略。 文章总共分为五个部分，其中第一部分是绪论，主要阐述本文的研究背景和研究意 义，同时对本文的研究方法和研究内容进行说明 第二部分是对文章的理论基础，即对相关研究文献进行回顾。 第三部分是首先是对海外施工项目财务风险的定义进行界定，归纳海外施工项目财 务风险的特征，同时也是应对中的难点。然后从宏观、中观、微观三个层次解释海外施 工项目财务风险的来源。 第四部分是案例分析，理论结合实际，对项目的管理人员采访并派发调查问卷，全 面了解中铁十局海外项目的财务状况和相关举措后对目的财务风险进行识别，从不同的 角度识别出项目的财务风险，并生成风险清单。用SWOT分析法和成本效益方式对识别出 来的财务风险进行定性和定量的评估，最后再对量化出的风险逐个进行分析并提出解决 策略。在此案例的研究基础上，归纳总结出海外施工项目财务风险的应对策略。 第五部分是对文章全文的总结，总结出应对海外施工项目财务风险的建议。希望可 以对有类似项目的企业提供益处。 关键词：海外施工项目，风险管理，财务风险，中铁十局 I Ab Abstract FINANCIAL RISK REASERCH OF OVERSEASCONSTRUCTION BY DOMESTIC ENTERPRISEIN THE CASE OF CHINA RAILWAY TENTH GROUP COMPANY ABSTRACT With the increasingly competition in the market, overseas markets and profitability advantages in the market is becoming increasingly apparent, more and more companies choose to go abroad to explore overseas markets.
