By studying the implementation process of the housing industrialization from the point of view of the whole industry chain, from the practical level put the following five parts together, namely the building technology system, the residential parts system, the Housing Industry Group, the quality control system, the performance verification schemes, by incorporating them into one development framework to address the technical bottlenecks of housing industrialization implementation process. In the end, from three aspects of strengthening the government-led, integrating the whole industry chain for housing industrialization, promoting the application of the industrial technology, put forward some suggestions.
