I万方数据 I 万方数据 我国高端装备制造业企业自主创新能力的研究 摘 要 高端装备制造业是制造业中的核心部分，位于整个产业链的高端，决定着整个产 业链的综合竞争力。大力培育和发展高端装备制造业对于有效应对日益激烈的国际竞 争、加快转变经济发展方式、推动工业转型升级、实现由制造业大国向强国转变具有 重要战略意义。但是我国高端装备制造业还存在着核心技术和核心关键部件受制于 人、自主知识产权拥有较少等诸多问题。随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，一个国家 国际竞争力能力、经济发展能力越来越决定于其自主创新能力的高低，自主创新能力 已成为衡量一国综合实力的一个重要因素。对企业来讲，企业要想获得具有竞争力的 核心技术和产品，只有通过自身努力，进行自主创新，取得技术上的突破。因此分析 和研究高端装备制造业企业自主创新能力存在的问题及原因，对其自主创新能力进行 评价不仅有助于提高高端装备制造业的发展水平，更对提升国家整体水平具有显著的 作用。 论文首先归纳总结了高端装备制造业自主创新国内外研究现状，通过对高端装备 制造业特征的分析，对高端装备制造业企业自主创新发展现状进行了深入研究并发现 了其目前存在的问题，通过对韩日两国发展高端装备制造业的措施的研究，总结了韩 日两国做法对我国高端装备制造业的发展的可取之处。论文在研究高端装备制造业自 主创新特点的基础上研究了高端装备制造业企业自主创新能力的影响因素及其逻辑 关系，并在此基础上结合高端装备制造业企业自主创新能力的特点提出了一套自主创 新能力评价指标体系，结合我国高端装备制造业 5 大领域中具有代表性的 5 家上市公 司 2013 年的相关数据，运用层次-主成分分析法对其进行实证研究，结合评价结果， 提出了增加创新投入，加强创新管理和改善创新环境的对策建议。 关键词：高端装备制造产业,企业自主创新能力,评价指标体系，能力评价 II万方数据 II 万方数据 The Research of Enterprise Independent Innovation Ability of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry in China ABSTRACT High-end equipment manufacturing industry is the core part of the manufacturing industry and lies the top of the whole industry, determines the comprehensive competitiveness of the whole industry chain. the cultivating and development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is strategic choice to seize the future development of economy and science and technology commanding, it is also meaningful to effectively deal with the increasingly fierce international competition and accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development and promote the industrial transformation and upgrading, But the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in China still exist many problems ,they are :lack of core technologies and key components and less independent intellectual property rights.
