浙江理工 浙江理工大学硕士学位论文 提高生丝柔软性的途径及影响因素的研究 万方数据 万方数据 表面略显粗糙表面,与干茧丝相比,抱合力提升 4 %左右,力学性能大幅提高,润滑度下 降 36 %左右。结果表明:湿热作用直接影响茧层丝胶结构,茧层丝胶的膨化程度对生丝的 力学性能和抱合力有较大的影响。 实验结果表明,选择适中的丝胶膨化程度,并在煮茧时添加合适的柔软剂对茧层丝胶 进行适当膨化柔软的柔软丝生产工艺,能够生产符合真丝针织要求的具有相当柔软度要求 的生丝;该工艺生产流程短、软化均匀,生丝的各项性能均比较优异。 关键词:蚕茧;丝胶;柔软;浸泡;生丝;润滑;抱合力 II Research on the Improving Ways and the Affecting Factors of the Raw Silk Softness Abstract Raw silk is a natural protein fiber, which is mainly composed of 70 % ~ 75 % fibroin and 22 % ~ 24 % sericin. Sericin that protects the fibroin is a gel protein with excellent moisture absorption, antibacterial and oxidation resistance. And sericin can also reduce flexibility of raw silk, while increasing rigidity, thus affecting knitting process. In order to be suitable for knitting process, raw silk need to improve its softness. This thesis mainly discusses the methods to improve softness of raw silk and its influence factors, and provides guidance for producing raw silk with different softness requirements, based on the principle of sericin protein degeneration, puffing, permeability and dissolution. Firstly, this paper uses two kinds of composite softening agent amino silicone oil SM-17 and EKL-400 to prepare soft raw silk, and analyses the effect of variety and concentration of softening agent on raw silk properties. Secondly, we choose SM-17, which performs a better softening property, to soak the raw silk. Then testing the performance of the osmosising treated silk and soaking treated silk to explore the effect of softening methods on the properties of raw silk. Thirdly, we prepare three kinds of raw silk from hot air drying cocoon, frozen fresh cocoon and microwave treated cocoon with different sericin structure, aiming at the effect of sericin structure on softness and other properties of raw silk.
