BNP对CRT后期疗效临床评价 　　摘 要：目的 观察B-型脑钠肽（brain natriuretic peptide，BNP）对心脏再同步化起搏器治疗慢性心功能不全（chronic heart failure，CHF）的临床评价。方法 选择2010年3月～2017年1月于我院顺利完成心脏再同步化治疗的慢性心功能不全患者46例。在治疗前及治疗后6个月，对患者进行NYHA分级标准评估，通过采取心脏超声来对相应患者的LVEF（左室射血分数）， LVESVI（左室收缩末期容量指数）相关指数进行评价，并且采取酶联免疫法（Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay， ELISA）测定研究对象手术前后BNP的表达水平，随后运用统计学软件分析检验结果。结果 终点观察达到6个月，研究对象LVEF， LVESVI及心脏功能NYHA分级标准均较治疗前明显表达上调，且有统计学差异（P0.05）；患者BNP的浓度较治疗前显著降低，且有统计学差异（P0.05）。结论 CRT明显改善慢性心衰的心功能，通过检测患者BNP水平可对其做出有效评价。 　　关键词：心力衰竭；心脏再同步化治疗；心脏功能；BNP；超声心动描记术 　　中图分类号：R541 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.01.024 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）01-0067-03 　　Clinical Evaluation of BNP in Treatment of Late CRT 　　GUO Jun-lin1，ZHANG li2 　　（1.Guangan Peoples Hospital of Sichuan Province/Guangan Hospital of West China，Sichuan University，Guangan 638000，Sichuan，China； 　　2.Department of Cardiology，West China Hospital，Sichuan University，Chengdu 610041，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical evaluation of B-brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）in the treatment of chronic cardiac insufficiency （chronic heart failure）with cardiac cardiac（cardiac resynchronization therapy）.Methods From March 2010～2017 year in January in our hospital，the successful completion of cardiac resynchronization therapy of the patients with chronic heart failure in 46 cases.In 6 months before and after treatment，the patients were evaluated by NYHA grading standards，LVEF（LVEF）and LVESVI（relative index of left ventricular end-systolic index）of the corresponding patients were evaluated by using echocardiography.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）BNP expression level before and after surgery， and then use the statistical software analysis of test results.Results The end point of observation reached 6 months， the study objects LVEF，LVESVI and cardiac function NYHA grade were significantly higher than the treatment of expression，and there was a significant difference（P0.05）；patients with BNP concentrations were significantly lower than b
