60例中药治疗非典型抗精神病药所致代谢综合征临床研究 　　摘要：目的 探索研究中药治疗非典型抗精神病药有关的代谢综合征的治疗效果。 方法将我院在2013年8月~2014年5月收治的60例非典型抗精神病药所导致的代谢综合征患者随机平均分为两组：中药治疗组和普通对照组。两组患者均在使用原有的非典型抗精神病药物的基础之上使用一些其他药剂，普通对照组给予一些安慰剂，中药治疗组给予六郁汤进行治疗。紧密观察患者12w，具体要在开始前和第12w测量和测试的方面有以下几点：血压、体重、腰围、血常规、血脂、甘油三酯、血糖、肝肾功能和糖化血红蛋白。然后用副反应量表来对副反应进行综合有效的评定，用阴性症状表和阳性症状表评定患者的精神症状。统计所有数据并进行统计学处理。 结果在经过12w的治疗之后，中药治疗组的患者的血糖。糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、血糖、血压中的收缩压和舒张压军交治疗前有了明显的改善，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 我们所采取的中药能够很好的治疗精神科患者使用非典型抗精神病药所致代谢综合征的同时不影响非典型抗精神药治疗精神分裂症效果，减轻了非典型抗精神药的不良反应和弥补了其治疗缺陷，值得我么推广，很适合在临床上大量使用。 　　关键词：中药;非典型抗精神病药;代谢综合征;临床研究 　　Clinical Analysis of 60 Cases of Atypical Antipsychotics Induced Metabolic Syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine 　　CHEN Xiao-ling 　　(Yongshun County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Xiangxi 416700,Hunan,China) 　　Abstract： ObjectiveTo explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of atypical antipsychotic -related metabolic syndrome .
