55例妊娠期血小板减少症孕妇分娩结局分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析妊娠期血小板减少症妊娠结局，寻求提高成功分娩的途径。 方法 收集整理本院2011年9月～2012年12月诊治的妊娠期血小板减少症的病例55例，与同期正常分娩孕妇55例。对分娩时采取的处理方法、分娩等情况进行分析。 结果 妊娠期血小板减少症产前产后的血小板计数均低于对照组（P＜0.05），经过合理的治疗产后血小板计数高于产前，减少了并发症的发生，提高了分娩的成功率。分娩方式上，经阴道分娩38例，剖腹产17例，产后出血1例。新生儿中血小板计数低者1例。结论 血小板减少症孕妇分娩若能采取积极有效的治疗方式，血小板计数一般能恢复，减少了产后出血等并发症的发生，妊娠结局良好，正确鉴别与处理妊娠期血小板减少症，可避免分娩对母亲及新生儿造成不良影响。 　　[关键词] 妊娠；血小板减少；妊娠结局 　　[中图分类号] R714.2#8195;#8195;#8195;[文献标识码] B#8195;#8195;#8195;[文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）09-199-03 　　 　　The parturition analysis on the thrombocytopenia of 55 gravidas 　　YANG#8195;Zhiping#8195;#8195;LI#8195;Yanjun 　　Department of Obstethes and Gynecology, Tianshui Maternity and Chind Care, Tianshui 741000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze parturition on thrombocytopenia．Methods 55 patients with thrombocytopenia were collected from September 2011-December 2012 during pregnancy compared with the normal 55 pregnant women,and analyzed treatment method delivery situation etc. Results Platelet count of gestational thrombocytopenia was lower than normal group(P＜0.05),platelet count of postnatal was higher than prenatal after treatment,and reduced the complications and improved the success rate of childbirth.By the way,vaginal delivery was 38 cases,cesarean section was 17 cases,and postpartum hemorrhage was 1 cases.One neonate was thrombocytopenia. Conclusion Gestational thrombocytopenia pregnant childbirth take appropriate treatment-platelet count can resume-complications could be reduced,the pregnancy outcome is good,correctly identify and deal with gestational thrombocytopenia can avoid a bad influence to mother and child． 　　[Key words] Pregnancy;Thrombocytopenia;Outcomes of pregnancy 　　血小板减少症是临床上常见的出血性疾病，是指血小板质和量发生异常，其特点是出血、凝血功能障碍等。血小板减少症在孕妇中很常见，发生率约为6.6%～11.6%[1]。妊娠合并血小板减少症（thrombocytopenia in pregnancy，PT），也有称妊娠相关性血小板减少症（pregnancy associated thrombocytopenia，PAT），是在围产期妊娠综合征中比较常见，一般由多种内科和妊娠并发症引起。妊娠期血小板减少的治疗让临床医师甚感棘手，若处理不当，轻者会对妊娠和分娩造成很多负面影响，重者将出现临床出血，特别是在分娩、手术及麻醉过程中可导致感染、出血、新生儿颅内出血等，严重威胁母
