A型肉毒毒素治疗面肌痉挛长期疗效和安全性评价 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.23.126 　　[摘要] 目的 分析面肌痉挛患者实施A型肉毒毒素方案治疗的长期效果以及安全性等。方法 从2015年1月―2017年3月间进入该院接受门诊治疗的面肌痉挛患者中方便抽选50例分析，随机分组：对照组25例选择常规方案治疗，研究组25例选择A型肉毒毒素方案治疗，观察两组疗效以及不良反应。结果 治疗前两组患者均没有0～II级的患者，其中研究组III8例，IV17例，对照组III7例，IV18例，比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，两组面肌痉挛程度均改善，且研究组更加优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于面肌痉挛患者，选择选择A型肉毒毒素方案治疗可提升其疗效，控制不良症状，而且在重复治疗时还可以保证起效时间以及临床效果持续时间等，值得应用。 　　[关键词] 面肌痉挛；长期效果；A型肉毒毒素方案 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）08（b）-0126-03 　　Evaluation of Long-term Efficacy and Safety of Botulinum Toxin for the Treatment of Facial Spasm 　　WEI Li-mei 　　Department of Neurology， Fenjinting Hospital of Sihong County， Suqian， Jiangsu Province， 223900 China 　　[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to analyze long-term effects and safety of botulinum toxin in patients with facial spasm. Methods 50 cases of patients with facial spasm from January 2015 to March 2017 in this hospital were convenient selected and randomly grouped： 25 cases of the control group adopted normal scheme， and 25 cases in the study group adopted botulinum toxin A solution treatment， the curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results None of the patients in the first two groups had a 0～II class patients， including 8 cases of class III， 17 cases of class IV in the study group； 7 cases of class III， 18 cases of class IV in the control group， and the difference was not significant（P0.05）. After treatment， the facial muscle spasms of the two groups improved， and that of the study group was better than the control group ，the difference was significant（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with facial spasm， botulinum toxin A solution treatment can improve its curative effect， control harmful symptoms， and can ensure the effective onset time and duration of the clinical effect and it is worth application. 　　[Key words] Facial spasm； Long-term effects； Botulinum toxin A 　　在?B内病变、血管压迫以及面神经炎等因素影响下，都可能诱发面肌痉挛，该疾病治疗难度偏大，多以药物治疗，且A型肉毒毒
