PDCA循环管理模式配合个体化培训对提高心肺脑复苏技术作用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨PDCA循环管理模式配合个体化培训对提高心肺脑复苏技术的作用。方法 选取2011年5月～2016年5月在我院工作的护士20名，依据培训方法将这些护士分为PDCA循环管理模式联合个体化培训组（联合培训组，n=10）和传统培训组（n=10）两组，传统培训组护士接受传统培训，联合培训组护士接受PDCA循环管理模式配合个体化培训，然后对两组护士的出科考核成绩、相关理论知识掌握情况、心肺脑复苏结果进行统计分析。 结果 两组护士培训后的出科考核成绩均显著高于培训前（P0.05），培训后联合培训组护士的出科考核成绩显著高于传统培训组（P0.05），相关理论知识掌握率、心肺脑复苏成功率分别为90.0%（9/10）、70.0%（7/10），均显著高于传统培训组[50.0%（5/10）、40.0%（4/10）]（P0.05）。结论 PDCA循环管理模式配合个体化培训较传统培训更能有效提高护士的心肺脑复苏技术。 　　[关键词] PDCA循环管理模式；个体化培训；心肺脑复苏技术 　　[中图分类号] R197.32；R605.97 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）07-0132-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management model with individualized training on the improvement of cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation technology. Methods 20 cases of nurses worked in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2016 were selected， these nurses were divided into PDCA circulation management model with individualized training group （united training group， n=10） and traditional training group （n=10） according to the training methods， the traditional training group were given traditional training， while the united training group were given PDCA cycle management model with individualized training， then the examination results， relevant theoretical knowledge， cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation results of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The examination results of the two groups after training were significantly higher than before training（P0.05）， the examination result of the united training group after training was significantly higher than that of the traditional training group（P0.05）， the relevant theoretical knowledge mastery rate， cardiopulmonary-cerebral resuscitation result success rate were 90%（9/10）， 70% （7/10） respectively ，and significantly higher than [50% （5/10）， 40% （4/10） ]of the traditional training group（P0.05）.
