PBL结合CBL教学模式在中西医结合精神病学本科教学中探索与实践   摘要:目的 探讨以问题为基础(Problem-based learning,PBL)的教学法结合案例教学法(Case based learning,CBL)在中西医结合精神病学本科教学中的应用效果。方法 以2013级中西医结合临床1班和中西医结合临床2班本科在读学生143人为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=71)和对照组(n=72),两组学生分别接受PBL结合案例式教学和传统教学,通过考核及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果 接受PBL结合CBL教学组学生在理论成绩、临床技能操作及总成绩分值上显著性高于传统教学组学生(P0.01),且84.51%的研究组学生对教学方法满意,显著性高于对照组(P0.01)。结论 PBL结合CBL教学法可提高本科学生对中西医结合精神病学课程学习的积极性和主动性,提高医学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,有利于本科学生临床思维能力的培养,教学效果明显。   关键词:PBL;案例教学法;传统教学;本科教学;精神病学   中图分类号:G642 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006-1959(2017)24-0001-03   Exploration and Practice of PBL Combined with CBL Teaching Mode in Undergraduate Teaching of Psychiatry   ZHOU Xu-hui,LIU Xue-jun,LIU Ju,JIANG Yu-hong,LIU Guang-ya   (Second Peoples Hospital of Hunan Province/School of Clinical Medicine,Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Changsha 410007,Hunan,China)   Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of problem-based(Problem-based learning,PBL)the teaching method with case teaching method(Case based learning,CBL)the effect of the combined use of psychiatry in the undergraduate education in traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods According to the clinical class 2 college students in 143 subjects in 2013 grade 1 class of integrated Chinese and Western medicine and Western medicine,were randomly divided into study group(n=71)and control group(n=72),two groups of students were accepted PBL combined with case teaching and traditional teaching,through examination and questionnaire survey results to evaluate the teaching effectiveness.Results PBL combined with CBL teaching group of students in the theoretical results,clinical skills score operation and total score were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group(P0.01),and 84.51% of the study group were satisfied with the teaching method,the significance was higher than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method can improve the enthusiasm and initiative of undergraduates in the study of psy
