miR―34a在子宫内膜癌中表达及临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 分析miR-34a在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义，为临床诊断及治疗提供参考。方法 随机选取该院2010年3月―2014年12月期间诊治的子宫内膜癌患者50例进行研究，分析miR-34a与子宫内膜癌患者临床分期及预后的相关性。以医院同期子宫肌瘤切除子宫患者50例为对照组。结果 正常子宫内膜组织中miR-34a的阳性率为92.0%，子宫内膜癌组织miR-34a的阳性率为26.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；随着患者临床分期的增加，miR-34a的表达逐步降低（P0.05），且miR-34a的表达与患者的预后呈明显的正相关性。结论 miR-34a对子宫内膜癌临床诊断具有重要的参考价值，且与患者临床分期和预后呈明显负相关性。 　　[关键词] 子宫内膜癌；微小RNA；临床分期；预后；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R735.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）04（a）-0049-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of miR-34a in the endometrial carcinoma and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods50 cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2010 to December 2014 were selected for research， the correlation between miR-34a and clinical stages and prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma was analyzed， and 50 cases of patients with uterine fibroid whose uteruses were removed in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group. Results The positive rate of miR-34a was 92.0% in the normal uterus tissue and 26.0% in the endometrium carcinoma， and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）， with the increase of the clinical stage of patients， the expression of miR-34a gradually decreased （P0.05）， and the expression of miR-34a had an obvious correlation with the prognosis of the patients.
