miR―370对肝细胞癌作用及临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究miR-370在肝细胞癌组织中的表达情况，探讨其对肝细胞癌的意义。方法：选择本院2009年1月-2015年1月收治的肝癌患者55例，均需进行肝癌手术治疗。分别检测患者肝癌组织及癌旁组织中miR-370的表达，同时检测25例正常肝组织中miR-370的表达，对比miR-370在上述组织中表达的差异。根据miR-370在肝癌组织及癌旁组织中表达的中位数分为高表达组与低表达组，分析miR-370与患者的年龄、性别、肝硬化病史、甲胎蛋白（AFP）、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤大小、肿瘤个数、TNM 分期、是否侵犯血管、有无微卫星灶、有无包膜等临床指标的关系。结果：正常肝组织、癌旁组织、肝癌组织中miR-370表达分别为（0.857±0.021）、（0.003±0.001）、（0.001±0.000 01），呈现依次递减的趋势。结论：miR-370在肝细胞癌中呈现较低表达，表达水平较低者容易出现较大肿瘤、TNM分期较晚、肿瘤侵犯血管、肝内有卫星灶、肿瘤无包膜等。 　　【关键词】 miR-370； 肝细胞癌； 临床研究 　　Role of miR-370 in HCC and Its Clinical Research/SUN Ge，JIA Hong-yun，BI Xiao-hong，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（30）：008-010 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the role and clinical performances of miR-370 in HCC. Method：55 patients with liver cancer who received hepatocellular carcinoma surgery in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2015 were selected； the expression of miR-370 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue and adjacent mucosa tissue was detected； the expression of miR-370 in the normal hepatic tissue for 25 people was detected. The expression of miR-370 in different tissues was compared. The patients were divided into high expression group and low expression group according to the median of miR-370 expressions in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue and adjacent mucosa tissue.The clinical indicators including patients’ age， gender， history of liver cirrhosis， AFP， tumor differentiation degree， tumor size， number of tumors， TNM staging， vascular invasion， microsatellite nodules， envelop were analyzed with miR-370.Result：The expression of miR-370 in normal hepatic tissue， hepatocellular carcinoma tissue and adjacent mucosa tissue was （0.857±0.021）， （0.003±0.001） and （0.001±0.000 01）. The expression gradually reduced.Conclusion：In HCC， miR-370 is lowly expressed. The patients with lower expression of miR-370 tend to have bigger tumor， later staging of TNM， vascular invasion， satellite nodules and no envelop. 　　【Key words】 miR-370； Hepatocellular carcinoma； Clinical
