VEGF与MMP9在舌癌中表达及其临床意义 　　【摘要】目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与基质金属蛋白酶?9(MMP?9)在舌鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学 SP法检测50例舌鳞状细胞癌及20例正常舌组织手术切除标本中 VEGF与MMP?9的表达。结果VEGF与MMP?9在舌癌中的表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关(P0?05),有淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期者、 MMP?9、VEGF的表达分别明显高于无淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅰ+Ⅱ期者 (P0?05)。舌癌组织中 MMP?9与 VEGF的表达呈正相关(P0?05)。结论VEGF和MMP?9在胃癌生长、侵袭和转移过程中起着重要作用,且二者之间可能存在协同作用。 　　【关键词】舌鳞状细胞癌；血管内皮生长因子；基质金属蛋白酶?9 　　 　　Study on the expression of matrix metallo proteinases?9 and vascular endothelial growth factor in tongue squamous cell carcinoma and the correlation between the two marksLIU Ai?ling?
