CT与彩色多普勒超声检查在眼外伤中诊断价值比较 　　【摘要】 目的：比较CT与彩色多普勒超声检查在眼外伤中的诊断价值。方法：选取2011年6月-2013年4月于本院进行诊治的68例眼外伤患者为研究对象，将其分别采用CT与彩色多普勒超声进行检查，然后将两种检查方法的软组织损伤、视神经损伤、积血、积气、眼球损伤、异物的正确诊断率及敏感度、特异度及阳性、阴性预测值进行分析比较。结果：CT检查的软组织损伤、视神经肿胀、积血、积气、眼球损伤、异物的正确诊断率均高于彩色多普勒超声检查，敏感度、特异度及阳性、阴性预测值也均高于彩色多普勒超声检查比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：CT与彩色多普勒超声检查在眼外伤中的诊断价值均较高，而CT在本类患者中的诊断效果相对更好。 　　【关键词】 CT； 彩色多普勒超声； 眼外伤； 诊断价值 　　Comparison on the Diagnosis Value of CT and Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Patients with Ocular Trauma/GAN Bin.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（35）：069-070 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the diagnosis value of CT and color doppler ultrasonography in patients with ocular trauma.Method：Sixty-eight patients with ocular trauma in our hospital from June 2011 to April 2013 were selected as research objects， and they were respectively detected with CT and color doppler ultrasonography， then the correct diagnosis rate of soft tissue injury， optic nerve swelling， hematocele， pneumatosis， eyeball injury， foreign body and sensitivity， specificity， positive predictive value and negative predictive value of two detection method were analyzed and compared.Result：The correct diagnosis rate of soft tissue injury， optic nerve swelling， hematocele， pneumatosis， eyeball injury and foreign body of CT were all higher than those of color doppler ultrasonography， and the sensitivity， specificity， positive predictive value and negative predictive value were all higher than those of control group too， there were statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The diagnosis value of CT and color doppler ultrasonography in patients with ocular trauma are both high，while the diagnosis effect of CT in these patients is relatively higher. 　　【Key words】 CT； Color doppler ultrasonography； Ocular trauma； Diagnosis value 　　First-author’s address：The People’s Hospital of Xiangdong District in Pingxiang City，Pingxiang 337016，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2013.35.033 　　眼外伤在临床极为常见，对于患者损伤情况的早期细致了解与诊断对于疾病的早期治疗有
