CT值检测对尿路结石患者体外冲击波碎石效果预测价值 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.11.181 　　[摘要] 目的 研究尿路结石患者采用非增强螺旋CT检测结石CT值对尿路结石体外冲击波碎石（ESWL）后排石效果的预测价值。 方法 方便选取82例该院2013年9月―2015年9月期间收治的尿路结石患者作为研究对象，所有患者均采用CT检测结石CT值，并进行ESWL治疗。根据治疗后结石排空情况分为结石排空组（n=48）和结石残留组（n=34），统计两组患者基本特征、结石CT值以及能量冲击次数，分析结石CT值对患者ESWL治疗效果的预测价值。结果 结石排空组平均CT值、能量平均冲击次数为（581.62±163.44）HU、（1 528.69±463.24）次，结石残留组分别为（1 028.95±256.73）HU、（2 608.35±514.68）次，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 结石CT值可预测尿路结石患者ESWL治疗后结石排空效果，CT值越低，ESWL治疗后结石排空率越高，结石CT值对尿路结石ESWL治疗效果具有重要预测价值。 　　[关键词] CT值；尿路结石；冲击波碎石；预测 　　[中图分类号] R691 [文献标识码] A [文章?号] 1674-0742（2017）04（b）-0181-03 　　Predicative Value of CT Value Test on the Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy Effect of Patients with Lithangiuria 　　WANG Qi-ming， NI Ying， ZHOU Jin-cai， JIANG Da-ye 　　Department of Urine Surgery， Jianhu Peoples Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University， Nantong， Jiangsu Province， 224700 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the predicative value of CT value test on the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy effect of patients with lithangiuria.
