Fas及Fas―L对小梁切除术后成纤维细胞凋亡研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨Fas及Fas-L对小梁切除术后成纤维细胞凋亡的影响。方法：选取健康白兔20只，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各10只，分别切下两组白兔带结膜、筋膜、巩膜及角膜缘的滤过手术区组织，进行成纤维细胞的培养，其中观察组进行青光眼小梁切除术。随机选取两组中各5例成纤维细胞进行FasMcAb处理，使用PI染色、流式细胞仪检测所有细胞凋亡率。结果：经FasMcAb处理的正常成纤维细胞凋亡率远高于未经FasMcAb处理的正常成纤维细胞，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.01）；经FasMcAb处理的青光眼小梁切除术滤过区组织成纤维细胞凋亡率远高于未经FasMcAb处理的青光眼小梁切除术滤过区组织成纤维细胞，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.01）；经FasMcAb处理的青光眼小梁切除术滤过区组织成纤维细胞凋亡率大于正常成纤维细胞，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：Fas/Fas-L能够加速小梁切除术后成纤维细胞凋亡，可为减少青光眼小梁切除术后瘢痕化寻找一个新的突破口。 　　【关键词】 Fas； FasMcAb； 小梁切除术； 成纤维细胞； 凋亡 　　Research on Apoptosis of the Fibroblast Induced by Fas and Fas-L after Trabeculectomy/LI Zong-han，TAN Si-min，KE Yi，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（10）：018-020 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To explore apoptosis of the fibroblast induced by Fas and Fas-L after trabeculectomy. Method： A total of 20 healthy white rabbits were randomly divided into the control group and observation group，10 cases in each group，and the rabbits in the observation group were given glaucoma trabeculectomy.Two groups of tissues in trabeculectomy filtration area， which contain conjunctiva， anadesma， sclera and limbus corneae were cut down， and the fibroblasts of the tissues were cultivated. 5 cases of fibroblasts in each group were randomly selected and treated by FasMcAb. At last， PI staining and flow cytometry were used for testing the apoptotic rate of all the fibroblasts.
