PDCA循环法在检验危急值管理中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨 PDCA 循环法在检验科危急值管理中的应用及效果。 方法 对检验科2014年4～6月未应用PDCA循环管理前的2291例次危急值进行质量现状分析，检查管理后（2014年9～11月）发生危急值1801例次，对两组危急值进行比较分析。 结果 经过PDCA 循环管理后，危急值产生的总数有所下降，尤其是白细胞、血小板和B型脑钠肽（BNP）在危急值项目中所占比例有明显下降。干预后，检验人员对危急值的内容及处理流程的知晓率有了明显提高，危急值上报登记率由 39.2% 提高至 74.5%。 结论 应用 PDCA 循环管理法不仅能纠正检验科危急值制度在执行中存在的问题，而且能够促进科室质量的持续改进。 　　[关键词] PDCA循环法；危急值；管理；质量控制；临床检验 　　[中图分类号] R446.9 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）28-0115-03 　　Application of PDCA cycle in critical values management in clinical laboratory 　　WU Yuegang1 XIN Na2 　　1.Department of Respiratory Medicine，Huashan Center Hospital of Xian City， Xian 710043，China； 2.Department of Clinical Laboratory， the First Hospital Affiliated to Xian Medical University， Xian 710077，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application and effect of PDCA circulation in the management of critical values of clinical laboratory. Methods Analyzed the quality status of 2291 cases of critical value reports in clinical laboratory from April to June 2014 before the application of PDCA management. There were 1801 cases of critical value reports after the use of PDCA circle from September to November 2014. The critical values of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After the application of PDCA cycle management， the total number of critical values was declined， the proportion of white blood cells， platelets and B type natriuretic peptide（BNP） in critical values was significantly decreased. After the intervention， the awareness rate of the content and the treatment scheme of critical values among medical technicians was significantly improved. The registration rates of critical value reports increased from 39.2% to 74.5%. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management could not only correct the existing problems of the critical values system of clinical laboratory in the implementation， but also can promote the continuous improvement of quality department. 　　[Key words] PDCA circulation； Critical values； Managem
