PDCA循环法实施健康教育对妊娠期高血压孕妇生活质量及妊娠结局影响 　　[摘要]目的 探?PDCA循环法实施健康教育对妊娠高血压孕妇生活质量及妊娠结局的影响。方法 选取2015年7月～2016年9月我院收治的88例妊娠期高血压孕妇作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为两组，每组各44例。对照组接受常规健康教育，观察组基于PDCA循环法实施健康教育。比较两组孕妇的生活质量、心理状态评分和妊娠结局等。结果 护理后，两组孕妇的各维度评分均明显上升，观察组均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组孕妇护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组孕妇早产、胎膜早破、羊水过多、剖宫产、新生儿窒息等发生率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 PDCA循环法实施健康教育能有效提高妊娠期高血压孕妇生活质量，减轻其心理负担，也能改善其妊娠结局，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]健康教育；PDCA循环法；生活质量；妊娠结局 　　[中图分类号] R714.24 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（a）-0167-04 　　Effect of health education implemented by PDCA circulation method on quality of life and pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy 　　HE Ling-yun 　　Department of Health Education，Jingdezhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital，Jiangxi Province，Jingdezhen 333000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of the health education based on PDCA circulation method on quality of life and pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with gestational hypertension.Methods 88 pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy from July 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the study subjects，the random number table method was used to divide them into two groups，each with 44 cases.The pregnant women in control group were received routine health education，the pregnant women in observation group were received the health education based on PDCA circulation method.The quality scores of life，mental state scores and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women in two groups were compared.Results After nursing，the scores of pregnant women in the two groups were significantly increased，and the observation group was higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than the control group after nursing，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The incidence of preterm labor，premature rupture of membranes，excessive amniotic fluid，cesarean s
