PDCA循环法对于提升药房管理质量临床研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨PDCA循环法对于提升药房管理质量的影响。方法 选取我院2014年4～6月未采用PDCA循环法的门诊药房作为对照组，2014年10～12月进行PDCA循环管理后的门诊药房作为观察组。观察两组药房管理质量评分情况，观察两组药品的库存量、缺药次数、药品批号管理失误率，观察两组药房调配核对单张处方的时间、发药差错率、患者满意度情况。结果 观察组药房管理质量评分高于对照组，观察组药品的库存量、缺药次数、药品批号管理失误率、发药差错率均低于对照组，观察组药房调配核对单张处方的时间短于对照组，患者满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 PDCA循环法可以提高药房管理质量，降低药品应用的失误率和差错率，提高患者满意度。 　　[关键词]策划-实施-检查-改进循环法；药房管理质量；库存量；失误率；差错率；满意 　　[中图分类号] R95 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）02（c）-0136-04 　　Clinical study of PDCA circulation method for improving the quality of pharmacy management 　　QIAN Jue 　　Department of Pharmacy，East Ward of Suzhou Municipal Hospital in Jiangsu Province，Suzhou 215001，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation method on improving the quality of pharmacy management.Methods The outpatient pharmacy which did not use PDCA circulation method in our hospital from April to June 2014 were selected as the control group.The outpatient pharmacy during the time period after PDCA cycle management conducted from October to December 2014 was selected as the observation group.The score of the quality of pharmacy management was compared between the two groups.The inventory of drugs，the number of drug shortage，and the error rate of drug batch number management were observed in the two groups，and the time of allocating and checking a single prescription，the mistake rate of drug delivery，and patients′ satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Results The score of the quality of pharmacy management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the inventory of drugs，the number of times of drug shortage，and the error rate of drug batch management were lower than those in the control group，the time of allocating and checking a single prescription and the mistake rate of drug delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，the patients′ satisfaction was higher than that in the control group，and the differences were stati
