Kessler10量表对城镇居民心理健康状况调查研究 　　【摘要】 目的：应用Kessler10量表对城镇居民的心理健康状况进行调查分析。方法：选取2015年 　　1月在本市进行健康调查的人员13 452名为研究对象，通过自制问卷调查和采用Kessler10健康量表对其心理健康状况进行评估，对评估结果进行分析处理，采用Access软件进行数据库的建立，采用SPSS 16.0统计学软件对研究结果进行统计学分析，进行t或 字2检验，P0.05为差异有统计学意义。用Pearson或Speanman进行相关性的分析，用Logistic进行有序性回归分析。结果：根据统计结果得出，不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、受教育程度比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），女性、高年龄、丧偶、受教育程度低者的K10得分较高。对躯体健康因素、心理状况、家庭因素等研究表明，差异有统计学意义（P0.05 ）。K10得分高低与年龄呈正相关（r=0.157），与受教育的程度呈负相关（r=-0.128），与自感健康状况的优良呈负相关（r=-0.227），与生活压力呈负相关（r=-0.327）。与家庭收入呈负相关（r=-0.259），与家庭生活和睦程度呈负相关（r=-0.325）。结论：居民的心理健康因素受性别、年龄、婚姻状况、受教育程度、躯体健康状况、心理自身状况及家庭因素等多方面原因影响。 　　【关键词】 Kessler10量表； 城镇居民； 心理健康状况 　　【Abstract】 Objective：Kessler10 scale was applied to analysis the mental health status of the investigation for the urban residents.Method：A total of 13 452 cases health investigation in January 2015 in our city were selected as the research objects，through the self-made questionnaire and Kessler10 health scale to evaluate the mental health status，to analyze the evaluation results，was the establishment of the database，with the Access software using SPSS 16.0 statistical software for statistical analysis results，t or 字2 test，P0.05 show difference had significant statistical significance.Using Pearson or Speanman correlation analysis，order by Logistic regression analysis.Result：According to the statistical results that different gender，age，marital status，level of education，according to the comparison results had significant difference statistically significant （P0.05），female， high age group，the death of a spouse，level of education with higher scores K10 dated.Factors to body health，mental status，family factors such as the research showed that difference had significant statistical significance（P0.05）.K10 scores correlated with age was positively correlated（r=0.157），and by level of education showed a negative correlation（r=-0.128），and perceived health status of excellent showed a negative correlation（r=-0.227），and life stress was negatively correlated（r=-0.
