CD4CD25调节性T细胞在急性淋巴细胞白血病患者中变化研究 　　[摘要] 目的 对急性白血病（ALL）患者CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞变化进行研究。方法 26例化疗后完全缓解的ALL患者为完全缓解组，20例初次治疗的急性淋巴细胞白血病患者为初治组，另选择20例健康志愿者为对照组，检测各组调节性T细胞的变化。 结果 完全缓解组和对照组外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞水平明显低于初治组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 急性淋巴细胞白血病患者的CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞检测具有一定的临床意义，为白血病的诊断和治疗提供了依据。 　　[关键词] CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞；急性淋巴细胞白血病；细胞免疫；肿瘤细胞 　　[中图分类号] R392.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2013）07-0040-02 　　Research on change of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia 　　LI Minjun GUO Likun CHEN Limei FENG Siqiong 　　Department of Haematology， the Peoples Hospital of Meizhou City in Guangdong Province，Meizhou 514000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the change of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia（ALL）. Methods A total of 26 patients with complete remission after chemotherapy were studied as complete remission group，20 patients with initial treatment were as initial treatment group，and the other 20 healthy volunteers were as control group，the change of regulatory T cells in each group was detected. Results CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells levels in the complete remission group and control group were significantly lower than that in the initial treatment group，there were statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion There is certain clinical significance about CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells level in the patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.It provides a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of leukemia. 　　[Key words] CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells； Acute lymphoblastic leukemia； Cellular immunity； Tumor cells 　　急性白血病是一种常见的血液性疾病，并且病情严重，严重危及着患者的生命健康。研究发现，CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的水平对急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）患者有一定的临床价值和意义，深入透彻地了解急性淋巴细胞白血病患者体内T细胞的水平变化为治疗该病提供了有效科学的数据[1]。本研究通过病例对照研究分析ALL患者及健康人CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞水平的变化，为临床中治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病提供参考，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　2011年5月～2012年10月在我院治疗的46例白血病患者，分为完全缓解组26例和初治组20例，并选择20例健康志愿者作为对照组，对照组身体相关检查各指标均正常。完全缓解组男16例，女10例，年龄1～51岁，平均（30.1±9.8）岁；初治组男12例，女8例，年龄6个月～49岁，平均（28.7±8.8）岁；对照组男12例，女8例，年龄1～52岁，平均
